% `( ]  t1 m2 c$ J5 B. _% \In preparation for Citizenship and Immigration Canadas new Off-Campus Work Permit Program (OCWP), SDCs International Student Services will be presenting OCWP Information Sessions for Westerns international students and interested members of the Western community.  (NOTE:  As of June 1, 2006, international students at Western will be able to request Verification Forms - details will be released very soon).

5 `3 U6 i: @, E6 m9 ~ The OCWP Information Session will:
! Q; c9 o  y" `* X; l4 x2 b; a1 l. ^& `·         Provide details on the OCWP Program
% i. z( W0 b2 c$ ^* u( v·         Explain the application process (including obtaining Verification Forms)
·         Assist students with questions they may have about the OCWP Program
It is strongly recommended that international students interested in applying for an Off-Campus Work Permit attend one of these information sessions.

; N1 K' i9 @& G/ `+ z( ?. NThe Off-Campus Work Permit Program information sessions will be held on:
·         Tuesday, May 30 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
9 T* Z* S4 P/ a3 P* ~! c·         Tuesday, May 30 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
9 f! p4 ?$ v# C0 g' [6 ]9 r·         Wednesday, May 31 from10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
$ ]0 p0 @" c0 [1 g, h8 @7 Z8 [·         Thursday, June 1 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
5 Y9 m" ]1 z) T·         Friday, June 2 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
All sessions will be held on the 3rd floor in the University Community Centre in the USC Council Chambers (Room 315).   

, z! t; e( d9 \' @' }" A' {Additionally, SDCs International Student Services will be providing guidance and advice on the completion of the Off-Campus Work Permit application form, or regarding the Off-Campus Work Permit (OCWP) program, during OCWP Drop-in Hours (no appointment needed).

: P) K5 [# D/ w  J5 U* V+ KO.C.W.P. Drop-in Hours will take place in Room 270, on the 2nd floor of the UCC at the following times:

·         Thursday, June 1 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
·         Friday, June 2 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
