$ l" d6 K" @5 H4 a. E- Prepare charitable tax receipts for a large donor base) Y9 A6 L! t* i( ]* B
- Assist with review and processing of vendor invoices, and employee expense reports+ g# {/ F/ @( R2 d) @$ x# ` o% Y
- Ensure appropriate backups and approvals are in place in accordance with Plan International Canada procurement and travel policies4 J' B2 P3 F0 m P4 V. n8 K6 a
- Support Accounts Payable Specialist with weekly cheque runs, EFT and wire payments Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
3 r' A7 z" p% g1 j. W% {% S7 s- Coordinate invoicing information for Inter-company billing purposes to the finance team member responsible while ensuring that the information is complete and timely
