回国办理小签问题

我的户口是武汉的，我想回国办理小签。我能在哪里办理？香港是不是不行呢？

香港可以，但是回国办理，一旦被拒绝，就永远回不来了，

    这个没问题，我成绩不错的。但是听朋友说，户口在武汉，就不能去香港办理小签，是这样吗？？

  K( U6 z' p3 h% z: y   As you have principle documents, applying a re-enter VISA would not be a problem.  You need to have your transcript, valid study permit and your passport.  There is a form on the CIC or VISA application center's website.  You can get your VISA in Beijing as BeiJing's VISA application center accept all VISA applications in China.  Hong Kong should be OK too.  All the documents which you need to prepared are listed on the website.  All Canadian embassies and consulates issue VISA to for foreign visitor (including students, workers, immigrants).  That is the reason international students could apply their re-enter VISA either in Buffalo U.S. or Beijing China.  As I know, you could get your VISA in one day as your hand in all documents and fees they asked.  Please contact the VISA application center for your benefits.  My suggestions could only consider as a suggestion.  The decision is yours.

   That should not be necessary.  Some students get their re-enter VISA in U.S. even they are not U.S. citizen.  I browsed the website of the General Consulate in Hong Kong.  They have requirements about the form which should be filled in machine.  I haven't found the limitation about Citizenship.
