The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

7 Q9 A' i+ c# nJob Responsibilities: " e* G4 E% T W
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. ' P. w2 I8 D( N/ Z) F
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
- D2 _# @% O1 A0 ~ K- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. ; b& X: `0 l5 R; ?4 k' l, ?
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
- ?3 h0 ^6 q, H: g7 R- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
