The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities: 8 N. N5 O; R) P! g
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. : k& L+ i9 L% E* X0 [/ c
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. , W- ~# y( e N7 k( A9 i4 Z
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
* `1 E ]3 q" X" F) N7 C1 {0 \) R2 ?- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk

- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
