I  a) B8 K# l/ z公司：Plan International Canada 职位：Junior Accountant 工作内容： - Prepare charitable tax receipts for a large donor base $ n; p; H& M7 w" D" Q' Y- Assist with review and processing of vendor invoices, and employee expense reports - Ensure appropriate backups and approvals are in place in accordance with Plan International Canada procurement and travel policies - Support Accounts Payable Specialist with weekly cheque runs, EFT and wire payments Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders 3 r1 H5 |% C% P0 j3 }/ T- Coordinate invoicing information for Inter-company billing purposes to the finance team member responsible while ensuring that the information is complete and timely - Prepare balance sheet schedules for A/P accounts and reconcile to general ledger   |* r. }  e, K8 T8 {- Other duties as assigned 2 S" e; |' J- E5 q& [.
