168 Consulting ! h4 q, w- c9 ? 8 B  z! k( d3 _6 t5 D5 W公司：Plan International Canada 6 W* E' L4 C% g; l7 h& z6 B/ X 职位：Junior Accountant ) O+ v0 Q9 e7 ^+ L% x- j 6 c' @( M. {" Y0 q& b7 F工作内容： 3 N: _+ `4 f) D$ D6 \0 z- Prepare charitable tax receipts for a large donor base - h+ o4 I; T) C+ R) {$ Y- Assist with review and processing of vendor invoices, and employee expense reports , q& P+ E1 J/ v6 o- Ensure appropriate backups and approvals are in place in accordance with Plan International Canada procurement and travel policies $ X+ t* m1 s0 {4 |3 [) _$ a- Support Accounts Payable Specialist with weekly cheque runs, EFT and wire payments Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders # }/ _, {  `" k: _* p2 y+ x, W$ t# s& \- Coordinate invoicing information for Inter-company billing purposes to the finance team member responsible while ensuring that the information is complete and timely - Prepare balance sheet schedules for A/P accounts and reconcile to general ledger + t# a, u+ Z. e- Other duties as assigned ( h" D" z/ e9 }!
