工作内容：

- · Administrators within our Investor Correspondence department deal directly with shareholders via letters, email and phone.
- · This is a highly administrative role that requires a keen interest in customer service, financial services and superb business writing skills.
- · Respond to shareholder inquiries by letter, email and phone.
- · Research previous records and documents in our database in order to respond to inquiries concerning shareholder payments.
- · Initialize the payment process and the production of cheques.
- · Update the status of each inquiry in the database as the file progresses.
- · Identify and inform the Supervisor of trends in dealing with customers.
- · Other duties as required.
