·Ensures responsive first line system support for: Internal Banking applications for Financial Planning, Commercial Account Manager, Equipment Financing Specialist, Group Consultant, Private Banking and International Private Banking Portfolio Tracking & Compensation System, Referrals Database
) ]9 K* a& o/ p8 ~0 n! X·Develops backend data management processes using a variety of programming techniques /software which may include SQL, C#, stored procedures, scripting languages.( ^! Q: F/ j* f+ i6 L* R, n- y
·Provides technical support to business partners on new initiatives which vary in scope and complexity.' O* B2 @3 i; S
·Assesses, researches, and analyzes stakeholders’ system needs, and translates and documents needs into technical requirements.Identifies, tracks, and resolves business systems issues.
