The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. 3 j8 y- m4 C. F- O

Job Responsibilities:
. O( k8 \3 \0 O1 ?- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
0 p2 }9 a6 l8 p6 d- I) t" {- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. ) e9 D v: D" v8 V* |8 A" Q
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. 2 a. ~% K: v4 ~" j) Z1 s
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
: d5 o2 c8 ?. ]% v- s: d+ k- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
