168 Consulting 7 k5 S+ O% u1 x) ^: ^0 U7 M 6 e8 e, Y" s, v/ @. _; G& h公司：Plan International Canada , N$ i, ]1 m, y2 N6 c1 P 6 ^( t; [2 F9 H职位：Junior Accountant 7 G$ J  A. s& v- ^ 8 [5 P, P4 T7 \, _2 }; ?工作内容： - Prepare charitable tax receipts for a large donor base + i, k8 g4 X0 r7 Z- t- Assist with review and processing of vendor invoices, and employee expense reports 9 b4 r4 P) }1 [# J7 D: H$ j+ x- Ensure appropriate backups and approvals are in place in accordance with Plan International Canada procurement and travel policies - Support Accounts Payable Specialist with weekly cheque runs, EFT and wire payments Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Coordinate invoicing information for Inter-company billing purposes to the finance team member responsible while ensuring that the information is complete and timely 7 P# D8 }( I5 T4 [- d* `- Prepare balance sheet schedules for A/P accounts and reconcile to general ledger !
