TD Canada Trust is offering the Simply Save system, where whenever you use your TD Debit Card to make a payment or withdraw cash, it automatically transfers between 50c and $5 (your choice) to your savings account, in order to help you remember to build savings. For a limited period, if you sign up for the program (new or existing TD customers), TD will give you $10 bonus cash for every $100 you save, up to $200 bonus cash. You must be 19 years of age or older to participate in the Simply Save bonus offer. The bonus offer is limited to one per person and one per joint chequing account. Savings (except for bonus payments) deposited to your TFSA will impact your annual TFSA contribution limit and are up to you to monitor.
