[SIZE=\"4\"]我不清楚ING的TFSA账户详情，但我自己在TD开了TFSA的账户，里面存入的5000元并不是想转就转的，比如我现存于GIC方式，但想买入股票、基金等其它投资方式，TD明确告知需等待几天，因为TFSA是Registed的，TD后台有很多paper work，灵活性不是想象中的那么高，供参考！[/SIZE]

的确，TFSA受到政府监管，ING方面取得话比较快，可以立即转到ISA，然后转到linked chequing account（1-2天）.
& p! [. ~1 y8 l" [0 c其他政府关于TFSA的规定都是一样，所有银行都要执行。

一般GIC，股票、基金很多都是不能随便转的，每个银行都是这样的。一般只做Saving的话，都是可以马上取钱的。不过一般取出来之后，是不能再存回去的。利息的话，不算在$5000 里面的。所以，一般都不太会取那$5000，因为可以避税的嘛。！
