' \( Z ^( q* c- |4 j- Prepare charitable tax receipts for a large donor base
- g) ~! r" Y8 R4 e) d- Assist with review and processing of vendor invoices, and employee expense reports
( L. ?% T, I( D+ [2 Q7 D0 z/ {1 m- Ensure appropriate backups and approvals are in place in accordance with Plan International Canada procurement and travel policies
' Q) x3 k! `5 v/ e6 C% r* h" e- Support Accounts Payable Specialist with weekly cheque runs, EFT and wire payments Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
! m# b( S1 I. z" w) ]( P- Coordinate invoicing information for Inter-company billing purposes to the finance team member responsible while ensuring that the information is complete and timely4 [9 L f% a7 M8 K$ ?+ o' u
- Prepare balance sheet schedules for A/P accounts and reconcile to general ledger' }9 p N+ o v5 _- z1 N
- Other duties as assigned
