For more information, please visit ourwebsite at www.bentosushi.com Sushi ChefJob DescriptionThe Sushi Chef is responsible forthe day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and otherofferings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering anexceptional guest experience.Job Responsibilities:· Create highquality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording,cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. · Ensure alloperating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. · Provide ahigh level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships withinternal and external customers. · Maintaincleanliness and organization of kiosk. · Order andreceive raw materials and dry goods. · Maintaindaily production records. · Performmonthly inventories and training of new teammates as required. Qualifications:· EffectiveEnglish communication skills · Ability tolift up to 50lbs · Ability tomulti-task and work in a high paced environment · Ability tostand for an extended period of time · Flexibilityto work various shifts and weekends · Likes dealingwith people · Ability towork in a team
