+ H# J% }2 I" j" [The Sushi Chefis responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk includingmaking sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards whiledelivering an exceptional guest experience./ o( G' G8 P: h* c/ R3 x
JobResponsibilities:
2 y9 S6 D; n- E, g% ?· Create high quality sushi including cooking rice,rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and datestamping.
6 l4 l( @0 {& Z }6 q· Ensure all operating standards including food safetyand quality are adhered.
' E! d. V- w- U; v8 h8 p9 Q9 K0 [, v· Provide a high level of guest satisfaction andmaintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
+ ^/ ]' c, M: F8 V· Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.

· Perform monthly inventories and training of newteammates as required.
