The rent starting first of December 2021. This house is near Western and Fanshawe. Female students are preferred.

This house is a duplex 4 year old. each unit has its own entrance. there are 4 bedroom in each unit. each bedroom is nice and clean with closet, bed, study desk and full bath.

Tenants share kitchen, living/dining room, washer and dryer.

The house is located in Oxford Steet East and Elizabeth Street. The area is beautiful and quiet. There is a bus station that is a few seconds walk from the house, which goes directly to downtown and Fanshawe college.
