The place 42 fairfax court or N6G3Y3 is 4.11KM from Western, but nonetheless there are 9A, 9B, 9C, 31 buses running towards Western. The house is 1 minute away from the bus stop and 3 minute aways from a mall. The mall includes shoppers, metro, restaurants, and more. My room is at second floor, sharing second floor with 2 female. Downstair there will be 2 male so the whole house have 5 including me. There are laundry at basement, and a bathroom at main floor. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom. (this 0.5 bathroom is within your room)

        For detail informations all the tenants are from UWO. The rent  includes utilities and internet. I'm not returning to the same place on september, because i have couple friends and likely i will move out and stay with them.I'm a 21 year old Canadian UWO student from toronto, in the summer time i have to go back to toronto for some family business. You could continue the lease with the landlord if you find yourself comfortable. Furthermore for your information the house is furnished. It come with bed, table, chair and for the clothing there are a walk-in closet.

I'm offering with 350 and the 100 difference i will cover it. Tell me how much are you willing to pay for this place if you have some other price. The room is only available from May 1st - August 31th. You will likely be signing lease with the landlord for the 4 months and likely i will pay up all the differences in once. You could sign and long term lease with the landlord if you are comfortable with the place.
