The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities: ' u( r% N! Z! O5 D6 j# P- H8 ?$ _
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. - ?) A7 k! F6 I0 A3 |- `
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. ! n0 B% [5 _4 i: Z6 B& w, t1 `
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. ' C, i+ Q4 S7 |7 k; `" Y2 a9 M
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk ) d2 X+ T' t+ E+ p* Q4 _
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods. % |% N& [. D0 I5 P& y) ?
- Maintain daily production records.

- Effective English communication skills
