Job Description
6 z( o' \6 L# {* c: KThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. - X2 K- O, G4 [5 o+ D+ ~

Job Responsibilities:
& x3 l/ l# d$ L6 {- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
. `' T$ X2 s- Z( u* k0 @- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. 1 \; N. p: F( y4 l9 N1 Y
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. + ? i( C' Q: O5 O# G1 k" Y# J& m
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk ) [, C& q1 z# k) L! g& z3 _
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
+ R" U+ Z! ?! ^% i* D- Maintain daily production records.
! q" v3 U- b0 B8 V# T* f- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required. + B7 y P/ d4 r- S; P
