·         Maintain timely, accurate financial records and reports in accordance with established accounting policies ensuring compliance with internal financial policies, procedures and controls

·         Key member of finance team providing accurate and timely reporting to the management team monthly and public company reporting on a quarterly and annual basis

·         Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and investor reporting

·         Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card transactions and balance sheet accounts

·         Prepare information to ensure all statutory financial requirements are met including employee remittances, HST, and other government remittances

·         Prepare supporting information for the annual audit, HST and tax returns

·         Compile information to assist with cash flow monitoring and forecasting

·         Maintain ERP system (QuickBooks) and recommend processes to improve system effectiveness

·         Other duties as required
