·         Strong technical and analytical skills and has the ability to distil information from a wide and complex variety of sources.

·         Experience at working with both quantitative and qualitative information.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·         Understanding of capital markets fundamentals, asset allocation, and portfolio construction and risk management.

·         Knowledge of investment managers, investment styles and methodologies.

·         Strong project management skills.

·         Experience with Excel, knowledge of VBA,Macros

·         Familiarity with SharePoint.
