=> There were 8,408 homes active on the market during the year.

=> Houses sold for an average of $420,420, and condos sold on average for $260,335.

=> Residential listings sold on average 0.3% above the asking price.

=> Property values increased an average of 11.7% over 2017 and 31.7% over 2016.

=> $2,396,696,847 worth of home sales occurred during the year.
